Great Indian Culture

India has an ancient civilization, Indus Valley civilization, Harrapan civilization. We give a lot of importance to relationships and our culture. India is one of the oldest civilizations of the world. Indian culture is so rich and colorful. In our culture an individual who sacrifices his own happiness for the sake of others is like a god. We respect our elders and follow their footprints. In India we still live in joint families and spread love. We have festivals for each occasion and celebrate them with our family and relatives.

The President of India gave Padma awards to citizens for their contributions to the society , among which were citizens from all walks of life , from different backgrounds , religions, languages and professions but we're under one roof to receive this prestigious award . This picture shows how he is taking blessings from a 106 year old environmentalist lady. This is the beauty of Indian culture.
