Today we celebrated the 160th birth anniversary of The Great Swami Vivekananda. He was a disciple of Ramakrishna Paramhansa and also a devotee of Maa Kali. Swami Vivekananda in his very young age started working for this country as he always wanted to make this country a golden place to live in. He was the one who visited Chicago, his teachers considered him a prodigy. At the age of 30, Vivekananda first visited the United States in 1893 as a delegate to the World's Parliament of Religions, held in conjunction with the Chicago World's Fair.

He was very young when decided to fight for the country and make this country a golden place. Ramakrishna Paramhansa, who he devoted his whole life to, also taught him to fight for the betterment of this and the people of this country. He even fought with Britishers who came to India to capture the country. Sister Nivedita was one of the disciples of Swami Vivekananda, and she followed her path to educate the women and helped the women of the country. Today, wherever we are is all because of those leaders who fought for us and among them Swami Vivekananda was one.
